As an academician until I have served 21 years of teaching at UG and PG level. And now I’m working as a Music Department Head at Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Amravati. 

I was very lucky to be part of the Board of Studies as a Chairman, during this tenure I tried to improve and modernise curriculum music studies under Amravati University.

I’m also an approved guide for Ph.D. of S.G.B.A. University, Amravati. Until my 6 students have completed Ph.D. under my guidance and 6 are in progress.
